Athena

Virgin Goddess of Wisdom and War

Athena is a Greek goddess of wisdom, associated with the realm of olympus. Athena belongs to the olympian generation of the pantheon. Roughly equivalent to Minerva in cross-pantheon mapping. Symbolised by the owl.

Historical Note

Athena was born fully armored from Zeus's skull after he swallowed her pregnant mother Metis. She won patronage of Athens by gifting the olive tree, defeating Poseidon's saltwater spring.
