the Filial Sage
Shun is a Chinese sage king of virtue, associated with the realm of earth. Shun belongs to the sage king generation of the pantheon. Symbolised by the double pupil.
Historical Note
Born to a wicked father who tried to kill him. Returned good for evil, served his parents with utmost devotion, and was chosen by Yao to inherit the world. Had double pupils — said to see in all directions.
