Shiting
The Battle of Shiting was fought in 228 AD in Yangtze during the Three Kingdoms era, a ambush engagement against Cao Wei. It ended in victory for the Chinese side.
Historical Note
Lu Xun lured the Wei general Cao Xiu deep into Wu territory with a feigned defection, then ambushed him. Cao Xiu died of shame a few weeks later. Wu's southern flank was secure for a generation.
