Bi
The Battle of Bi was fought in 597 BC in Central Plains during the Spring & Autumn era, a land engagement against Jin. It ended in victory for the Chinese side.
Historical Note
King Zhuang of Chu beat Jin badly enough to claim the hegemony of the south. Confucius later cited the battle as a moral lesson on what happens when a ruler abandons virtue.
