Chinese Battles
Jingxing
The Battle of Jingxing was fought in 204 BC in Central Plains during the Chu-Han era, a ambush engagement against Zhao. It ended in victory for the Chinese side.
Historical Note
Han Xin lined up his men with their backs to a river — the famous 'fight on the death ground'. They held; meanwhile a hidden force sneaked behind and seized the Zhao camp. Twenty thousand Han routed two hundred thousand Zhao.
