The Battle of Paraitakene was fought in 317 BC in Persia during the Hellenistic era, a land engagement against Diadochi. It ended in defeat for the Greek side.
Historical Note
Antigonus the One-Eyed against Eumenes of Cardia — the two best surviving generals of Alexander. Inconclusive in slaughter, the manoeuvring continued through the winter to Gabiene.
